Background
This car is built to run in a class for Nostalgia Funny Cars - vintage appearance and based on body styles largely adopted in the 1970s. The class runs limits on CC, supercharger size and fuel pump specification. These limits aim to keep competition close and promote the use of nostalgic approaches abandoned by the modern Top Fuel classes.
This particular car is one of very few British bodied Nitro Funny Cars - perhaps one of only a couple in the world - and possibly the world’s fastest Capri (unless you can advise us otherwise!).
